Corporate AI training

AI training your team will actually use.

Most AI training ends with a folder of slides nobody opens again. Mine ends with your team using AI in their real work the next morning — prompts, workflows, and the judgment to keep going.

Why me

Training from someone who ships, not just teaches.

I run real businesses on AI every day — across conversion design, AI video, and automation — and I've trained the wider Gen AI community at record scale. Your team learns from what's working now, not last year's playbook.

  • ASEAN Record · Most AI freelancers trained online in a single year
  • Guinness World Record · Largest AI marketing lesson
  • 10,000+ businesses & teams supported on AI + automation

What your team learns

Built to change behaviour, not fill a slide deck.

AI mapped to your real workflows

No generic prompt tricks. The curriculum is built around what your team actually does day to day — so what they learn on day one is usable on day two.

A prompt library per role

Marketing, operations, sales, support — everyone leaves with prompts and a workflow for their own job, not a screenshot of someone else's.

Judgment, not just tools

When to trust AI, when to check it, and how to hold quality steady as the team starts moving faster. The part most AI training skips.

Formats

Two ways to run it.

Every engagement is scoped to your team — tell me the size, the departments, and the outcome you want, and I'll recommend the format.

Best first step

Half-day workshop

One intensive session for a single team or department. Fully hands-on — your people build real prompts and workflows in the room and leave using them.

  • One team or department, 3–4 focused hours
  • Live facilitation, built on your actual tools
  • Everyone leaves with a working AI workflow

Full rollout

Multi-session program

Two to four sessions across weeks or quarters for multiple departments. Work happens between sessions, with accountability so AI becomes a habit — not a one-day event.

  • 2–4 sessions across multiple departments
  • Assignments and check-ins between sessions
  • Adoption tracked, not just attendance

FAQ

The questions teams ask first.

What exactly is the training?

Hands-on AI workshops for teams — your people, your tools, your workflows. Not a webinar and not a lecture: a working session where the team builds prompts and processes they keep using afterwards.

Who is it for?

Departments and leadership teams that are AI-curious but not yet AI-operational — marketing, operations, sales, support, and founders. No technical background needed.

Where do you run it?

In person across Malaysia and the wider region, or remote for distributed teams. Half-day sessions are usually on-site; multi-session programs can mix both.

What does it cost?

Engagements start at $10k and are scoped to your team. A half-day workshop is the entry point; multi-session programs scale from there — tell me your team size and goal and I'll send a quote.

How do we get started?

Send through your team size, the departments involved, and the outcome you want. I'll come back with a recommended format and a quote.
